My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The room, while a bit small, was nice and came with a solid hot breakfast in the morning, which was a nice touch. The service was beyond helpful, especially when we needed extra coffee and a different microwave. The location was very convenient, close to freeways and shopping areas, which was perfect for my needs. The dining experience was above my expectations, with a full breakfast that satisfied me. The facilities were well-kept and added to the comfort of my stay.

The rooms are a bit cold for my liking and can be noisy, especially being directly across from housekeeping. A definite upgrade is needed in this area. The service, however, is a standout feature as the staff knows your name and are attentive, from the front desk to the morning breakfast crew. The location is perfect for me as it's near the 241 toll road and my son's house, though a bit far from the Irvine center. The dining experience is satisfactory but could use some varied options. Overall, it's a mixed bag with room for improvement.
